What is your minimum order quantity?

All preorders items require a MOQ of 4 units. We have open pack sizing and you can mix any colors within a single style to hit the minimum!

Graphic tees have a MOQ of 4 units. You can mix and match any of our tee designs to hit the minimum!

Ready to ship products do not have a MOQ per product and can be combined however you'd like to hit a cart minimum of $49!

If you prefer to purchase single items and/or have products dropshipped, our partner website avenueshops.com offers many of the same products!

How do I get approved for an account?

Please fill out a wholesale account request here! Our team reviews applications regularly and will get you approved ASAP. Watch your e-mail for an account activation invite!

I'm having issues with my account!

Do you offer zip code protection?

We do not currently offer zip code protection.

Can you send me an invoice?

Of course! Come hang out in our Facebook group if you prefer shopping via wall drops + invoicing!

Please pay invoices in a timely manner. Items are first come, first serve, and product is not reserved until invoice has been paid.

Can I change or combine orders after they have been placed?

Our shipping software does not allow us to combine orders after checkout!

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately and we'll do our best to help. Our shipping team is speedy and it might not always be possible to intercept a package that has already started processing.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please be sure to enter all shipping information correctly. If you need to make an address change, please reach out to hello@oneelevennorth.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to edit the shipping address if the order has not already been processed.

We are not liable for packages that are misdelivered or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

Can items be returned?

All sales are final on wholesale purchases except in the case of defects or damages. We must be notified of any defect or order issues within three business days of package delivery.

Please e-mail hello@oneelevennorth.com to initiate a return for any damaged or defective merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

I have a damaged or missing item!

  • Quality standards are very important to us and we're so sorry you received a damaged item!
  • Please report the missing or defective items within three business days of delivery to hello@oneelevennorth.com. Please include your order number, a photo and description of any defect issues.
  • If the item is still in stock, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.
  • Defective items will need to be shipped back to us within seven days of initial package delivery.
  • Please allow us 7-10 business days after receiving the return for refunds to be processed.
