Refund policy
All sales are final on wholesale purchases except in the case of defects or damages. We must be notified of any defect or order issues within three business days of package delivery.
Please e-mail hello@oneelevennorth.com to initiate a return for any damaged or defective merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
For damaged or defective items:
- Quality standards are very important to us and we're so sorry you received a damaged item!
- Please report the missing or defective items within three business days of delivery to hello@oneelevennorth.com. Please include your order number, a photo and a description of any defect issues.
- If the item is still in stock, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.
- Defective items will need to be shipped back to us within seven days of initial package delivery.
- Please allow us 7-10 business days after receiving the return for refunds to be processed.
